Will a low-carb, high-protein bagel find success among its unhealthier counterparts? In this episode of the Xtalks Food Podcast, Sydney introduces the team to the Better Bagel, the first product from California-based startup Better Brands. Its founder, Aimee Yang, believes daily bagel eaters shouldn’t have to sacrifice taste and nutrition, so she created the Better Bagel, which is low in carbs and sugar and high in protein.
